If you were a ’90s kid, you surely remember ‘The Little Rascals.’ It was a huge hit, especially with young audiences who adored the child actors. Brittany Ashton Holmes, who was just five at the time, portrayed Darla, Alfalfa’s forbidden crush.

Despite her past popularity, she became less visible in the media and eventually faded from the spotlight. After ‘The Little Rascals,’ Brittany did some other projects to advance her acting career, but she didn’t achieve the same success as her co-star Alfalfa, who acted in over 30 movies. She also appeared in a McDonald’s TV ad in 1995, where she and her on-screen family enjoyed McDonald’s food.

After her ‘Ellen’ appearance in 1995, she took on roles that aligned with her innocent image, surprising fans when she joined the drama series ‘Red Shoe.’ She later worked in other low-budget productions, like the horror remake ‘Humanoids from the Deep’ and ‘Death Benefit’ as Cynthia Coates.

Following these roles, she took a break to focus on her studies, pursuing political science. Her attempted comeback in 2014 with a role in ‘We Hate Paul Revere’ didn’t revive her career as expected. Fans had a chance to see Holmes once more in ‘The Little Rascals’ reunion, marking the film’s 20th anniversary on September 3, 2014, after her absence from the spotlight for over a decade.

After vanishing from the public eye, not much is known about her. She is reported to be living in Los Angeles, USA. She hasn’t been in recent movies or TV shows, and her absence from social media platforms like Instagram or Facebook adds to the mystery.
