Caroline Stanbury, known for her appearance on ‘The Real Housewives of Dubai,’ and Turkish financier Cem Habib had a 17-year marriage before deciding to part ways. The couple tied the knot in 2004 after dating for two years and soon welcomed three children: their first daughter, Yasmine, and later, twin sons named Zac and Aaron. In 2016, they made a significant move, leaving London behind for Dubai when Cem received a work opportunity in the city.

However, in late 2019, Caroline took to Instagram to announce the end of their marriage. Despite spending Christmas together as a family the day before the reveal, Stanbury shared that they had mutually agreed to continue their relationship not as husband and wife but as good friends and co-parents to their children.

The couple agreed on equal custody of their children, though specific details regarding financial arrangements were not disclosed. They also decided to become neighbors so that their children could easily spend time with both parents.

During the latter stages of their marriage, it became evident that Caroline and Cem were no longer on the same page. The reality star explained:

“I know it sounds cliché, but we just grew apart. We didn’t enjoy the same things. We weren’t holidaying together. I mean, I used to get it all the time from my Instagram [followers]: ‘Where’s your husband, where’s your husband, where’s your husband?'”

In a 2022 appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Stanbury reflected on their post-divorce relationship, saying:

“We all go out to dinner, and [Cem] actually lives very close to us. We spent Christmas together as a family — my parents, his parents, Sergio’s [her current partner] parents.”

Cohen then stepped in, adding:

“Wow, that’s great. That’s all you could ask for.”

To which Caroline replied:

“More than I could ask for.”

Following the divorce, Caroline moved on with her life, meeting her new husband, Sergio Carrallo, a 27-year-old soccer player. The couple got married in a lavish ceremony in Dubai in November 2021. Cem, on the other hand, maintains a low profile on social media, with a private Instagram account, leaving us uncertain about whether he has found love once more.
