Although she once took to the screen in films such as ‘Exposé’ and ‘No Vacancy’ after studying Theater Arts at the University of Southern California, Tracy Tutor decided to follow the path of her civil and building contractor father, stepping into the real estate scene in the US.
Tutor began her career working with her father, Ronald Tutor, for three years. She then collaborated with two other firms and made a name as a real estate agent at Douglas Elliman Beverly Hills while managing the company’s Sports and Entertainment Division.
In 2017, the businesswoman joined the ‘Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles’ cast in its tenth season, becoming the first and only female member. During her time on the series, she sold properties that were worth millions in the US.
At some point, Tutor secured the sale of a Brentwood property to engineer Tom Safran for $8.1 million and got a deal for Edward Norton, who purchased the Stevens House in Malibu for $11.8 million. In addition, she wrote a book named ‘Fear Is Just A Four-Letter Word: How To Develop The Unstoppable Confidence To Own Any Room’ and published it in 2020.
With all these, the real estate agent reportedly reached an annual income of $3 million while, by 2023, ending up with a net worth of $20 million. Also, adding to a $13.5 million house she took possession of after her divorce from Jason Maltas in 2018, she bought a 5,000-square-foot home in Beverly Hills for $8.5 million.
While earning most of her income from ‘Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles,’ Tutor last appeared in the 14th season of the show earlier this year. The plans for her appearance in the next season have still not been announced.
